How do Add-Ons work?

All of our bill pay plans include plenty of minutes, texts and data every month, however we realise everyone uses their phones differently. That's why we have created a range of great value add-ons that can save you money.

Add-Ons give you extra minutes, texts or data to use at a discounted rate on your account. When you sign up to an add-on, it reactivates on your account every month unless you cancel it. See emobile.ie for a full list of add-ons.

When is an add-on applied to my account and how am I charged?

Add-Ons will activate within 24 hours of sign up. We’ll charge you a pro-rata charge between the time of activation up until your bill day where you’ll pay for your add-on one month in advance.

How do I cancel an add-on?

The easiest way to cancel an add-on is on your My eMobile account. Or you can send the opt out keyword for your add-on to 50104. To find the relevant opt out keyword, please see eMobile.ie.

The cancellation of an add-on will come into effect on your next bill date. It is important to send your cancellation request at least 3 days before your bill run date or it won’t be possible to guarantee cancellation on your next bill otherwise.

Changing an add-on

If you change your add-on (within type e.g. moving from one data add-on to another outside of your plan), we’ll credit you back anything you didn’t get to use on your next bill day. There’ll also be a pro-rata charge between the day your new add-on activates (which is usually within 24 hours) and your bill day, and the charge for your new add-on for the month ahead.

Lots of our great prepay offers include data along with your minutes and texts every month, but because everyone uses their phones differently, we have created a range of great value Add-Ons that can save you money.

Add-Ons give you extra data, minutes or texts to use in addition to your offer inclusions. When you sign up to an Add-On it reactivates on your account every 30 days. We’ll remind you to have your credit ready on your account, if you miss this reminder your add-on will activate the next time you top up. To see all our Add-Ons visit eMobile.ie.

Add-ons will activate within 24 hours of sign up. The credit will be taken from your account to pay for your chosen add-on, and your account will be charged every 30 days to keep your add-on active.

You will not keep the allocation of your previous add-on if you change in the middle of your 30 days.
